I lead research and development at Unilux CRFC, Canada's leader in retrofit fan coils and Heat Pumps systems for high-rise buildings.

My focus lies in bridging engineering innovation with real-world execution—delivering energy-efficient HVAC products that improve indoor air quality and reduce environmental impact.🔧 Innovation in HVAC Engineering
With a strong foundation in mechanical systems design, I lead the development of next-generation fan coil units and other retrofit technologies tailored for multi-residential applications.My work includes:
-Driving R&D strategy for product performance and sustainability.-Overseeing regulatory compliance across AHRI, UL, CSA, and ASHRAE standards.-Leading in-house and third-party testing to ensure product reliability and long-term efficiency.🏗 Project Management & Field ExecutionI manage large-scale retrofit and HVAC upgrade initiatives across North America, ensuring they meet technical, operational, and financial targets. I collaborate closely with engineers, installers, and stakeholders to streamline project delivery with minimal disruption.My responsibilities include:
